Mushroom toast with poached eggs is a simple dish that can be eaten for breakfast lunch or dinner. All the ingredients you need to make this taste really good are; cage free organic eggs, fresh mushrooms, garlic, herbs and a hearty bread. (Some aged grated cheese does not hurt either!)
