I love a good crab cake..in fact if I see one on the menu of a restaurant, I usually order it! Unfortunately I am often disappointed because there is not enough crab meat and too much breaded filler. So I came up with this recipe to make them just the way I like them - which is slightly golden and crunchy on the outside and moist and delicious on the inside.
